This consultation focuses on the provision of an existing software solution in SAAS mode of

management of the purchasing process (the "Solution").

The Solution must deal with sourcing and the expression of needs in a single piece. the management of consultations issued by GRDF in compliance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Code applicable to contracting entities, contracting (also known as S2C or source to contract) as well as procurement

(Procure).

In addition to the provision of the SAAS software solution, the service provider must also integrate it, maintain it and provide any additional services that may be deemed necessary.

- Scalable maintenance of the solution in the form of a single-contractor framework agreement with purchase order

with a maximum amount, the amount of which will be set out in the consultation documents in accordance with

Article R 2162-4 2° of the French Public Procurement Code

A contract for similar services pursuant to Article R 2122-7 of the French Public Procurement Code

may also be awarded for a procurement module (procure) the estimated amount of this contract

is €3,400,000
