As part of the redevelopment of the Fréjus-Plage and Saint-Raphaël seafront, the Fréjus Plage pedestrian promenade will be "isolated" from the sandy barrier (beach) by a "sand-chasing" wall. However, in addition to demarcating the land and sea domains, this wall will be at the forefront of the fight against marine submersion (crossing by sea packets). A project management assistance mission made it possible to establish the dimensioning characteristics of this structure (levelling level, width, etc.). As a result, it is now assimilated to a "chasse-mer" wall, and will therefore fall under the Gemapi jurisdiction exercised by Estérel Côte d'Azur Agglomération
