Description:
Software MinIO_KONSENS

Framework agreement for the 16 federal states affiliated to the KONSENS network with a contractor for delivery, maintenance and support as well as training services of MinIO Enterprise Software.

The term of the framework agreement is 3 years and has an option to extend it for another 1 year.

The subject of the tender is a framework agreement for the 16 federal states for the supply and services regarding the MinIO Enterprise software described in detail in the service description:

- The delivery and provision of perpetual licenses for the required MinIO Enterprise software

- The maintenance of the MinIO Enterprise software

- Support for the MinIO Enterprise software

- Training and education services

According to the statements in the service description, all countries are responsible for the procurement of the MinIO Enterprise software and the provision of the MinIO based object stores.

The timing of the introduction of the individual CONSENSUS procedures is up to the countries, subject to central deployment planning for CONSENSUS.

The delivery addresses for the software are listed in Appendix A of the service description.

The procurement requirements of the federal states were determined on the basis of future-oriented capacity planning. However, the requirement is not binding and can be conclusively determined. The quantities specified in "Annex B:" in the specifications represent the estimated quantity purchased. Rather, the actual quantities to be achieved depend on the individual procurement requirements of the federal states entitled to receive them. It can therefore not be ruled out that the benefits will be called up in a different order of magnitude. The quantity structure for the individual federal states can be found in detail in Annex B of the service description.

The demand of the state of Baden-Württemberg (estimated amount of data in TB, currently 53 TB) represents the guaranteed minimum purchase quantity.

However, there is no obligation on the part of the beneficiaries/call-off persons to accept the tendered deliveries and services under the framework agreement (cf. § 21 para. 1 sentence 2 VgV).

The term of the framework agreement begins with the award and is three years with an extension option of one year.
