This contract covers the construction of a construction site, access road, site development, pipeline works, fences, marine works and backfilling with gravel/sand materials as preparatory work for the subsequent works on the establishment of shafts/outlet structures.
The project is offered as a turnkey contract, which includes, among other things, detailed design,
Delivery and completion of prison dams.
For the layout of the work area and the access road along the stone embankment, a project has been carried out by the DEVELOPER, based on requirements and agreements between the DEVELOPER and the City of Copenhagen, from which the contractor must continue to work.
Tender specifications section 4.6 Ownership and remuneration
The tender material and associated appendices are considered the property of the DEVELOPER and will not be returned.
As part of the tender, tenderers must submit a projected design of the retaining walls for evaluation in accordance with section 6.1.2 of the Tender Specifications. Technical solution for bezel walls.
As far as the winning tender is concerned, the DEVELOPER will have title rights and, in all contexts relating to the project for the design of the retaining walls, an indefinite, unrestricted right of use, including the right to change, to all the material submitted by the tenderer as part of the tender. The DEVELOPER is free to allow third parties to use the material to the same extent as the DEVELOPER is entitled to use the material. The right of use also applies in connection with other tasks.
The DEVELOPER pays remuneration for the tender material in the following cases:
A remuneration of DKK 500,000 is given to each tenderer who submits a final tender, where the sub-criterion "Technical solution to the design of prison dam" achieves a minimum of 3 points.
For the winning bidder, the DKK 500,000 is part payment in advance of the bid list entry. 2.1.
