The subject of the Contract is the execution of construction works entitled: "Effective heat distribution - Stage I - Assembly with delivery of a 3500 kW substation to the main hall at the Rail Vehicles Factory at 28 Czerwca 1956r 223/229 in Poznań"

1. The subject of the Contract is the execution of construction works entitled: "Effective heat distribution - Stage I - Assembly with delivery of a 3500 kW substation to the main hall at the Rail Vehicles Factory at 28 Czerwca 1956r 223/229 street in Poznań"

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes:

2.1. design documentation consisting of a construction project - implementation,

2.2. technical specifications for the performance and reception of construction works

- forming part III of SWZ.

3. The specific rights and obligations of the Ordering Party and the Contractor are laid down in Part II of the SWZ.

4. Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing direct activities in the implementation of works in the field of assembly of sanitary installations and devices by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship within the meaning of Article 22 § 1 of 1974 – Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320, as amended).
