An invitation to tender for a Public service pension scheme in accordance with KS Bedrift's tariff agreement. The Contracting Authority has currently a defined benefit scheme in accordance with a public plan. The scheme shall be closed and a new hybrid scheme is planned implemented.

The tender contest will be held in accordance with the Public Procurement Act from 17.7.2016 nº 73 and the public procurement regulations from 20.12.2016 nº 974, as well as the attached tender rules. The procedure form is an open tender contest with negotiations. Garde reserves the right not to negotiate if it is not appropriate or unnecessary for the choice of tenderer.
