The university colleges and VLHORA create a digital transformation process. To ensure this runs smoothly, there is a need for 1 unique IT consultant operating as an in-house digital transformation officer with a two-fold assignment for the preparation of a digital open science platform (DOSP) to be developed. see also award criteria I.11 and profile description II.1.1 of these specifications:

Firstly, to identify functional and technical needs as an ICT Enterprise architect, to set up the necessary architecture for the DOSP with the underlying building blocks and system for the whole.

Secondly, supervising as IT project manager the digital transformation process on the part of 'client / master builder' VLHORA and its colleges and following up / checking the technical implementation of the DOSP by an external IT supplier to be sought.
