The purpose of this tender can be summarized as follows.

The Case-law has three framework agreements for the secondment of higher trained staff, which makes it possible to hire legally and efficiently, well-qualified staff for various assignments. Very short term availability is the rule rather than the exception. These agreements will expire on 30 April 2022, and since the need for such a provision remains unaffected, it will be retendered.
