JG 1 - 41, 3.BA Lot 312 Balconies/porches

The housing industry Frankfurt (Oder) GmbH will comprehensively renovate the residential complex Juri-Gagarin-Ring 1 - 41 between 2022 and 2024. The area Juri-Gagarin-Ring 1 - 41 was built in 1970 in industrial construction (IW 66/P2-5 storey). All seven residential buildings have a basement, 5 upper floors and a Drempelgeschoss. In each staircase there are 10 apartments (two-horse). A total of 359 apartments are to be renovated over the 3rd construction phases.

The services of the 3rd phase of construction include the buildings Yuri Gagarin Ring 1 - 4, 5 - 9 and 10 - 14 with a total of 129 apartments after renovation.

The renovation work will be advertised in 23 lots:

During the entire construction period, the apartments of the staircases J.-Gagarin-Ring 6 - 14 are mostly inhabited!

The staircase J.-Gagarin-Ring 5 and the building J.-Gagarin-Ring 1 - 4 are uninhabited, as floor plan changes are taking place here.

This tender covers only lot 312 balconies/porches for the second 3rd BA J.-Gagarin-Ring 1 - 4, 5 - 9 and 10 - 14.

- 4 balcony double stands consisting of water-impermeable prefabricated reinforced concrete elements with attached aluminium railings, balcony drainage and connection to the existing building including foundation work in barrier-free design

- 1 balcony system consisting of waterproof precast reinforced concrete elements with attached aluminium railing, balcony drainage, roof waterproofing and connection to the existing building including foundation work in barrier-free design

- 2 entrance porches consisting of precast reinforced concrete elements with increte installation, roof construction and waterproofing, roof drainage and connection to the existing building including foundation work

- 40 new continuous parapets on the previous one Balcony systems including balcony drainage and connection to the existing building in barrier-free design

- 50 new continuous parapets on the previous site Balcony systems including balcony drainage and connection to the existing building in barrier-free design

- 5 entrance stems consisting of precast reinforced concrete elements with in-concrete installation, roof construction and waterproofing, roof drainage and connection to existing including foundation work
