1.1. The subject of the contract are construction works under the name "Reconstruction of the district road No. 3811 S from the roundabout in the city of Warsaw. Progress to the roundabout in Myszków – Mrzygłód on the section from km 0+000 to km 1+733.
1.2. The detailed material scope of construction works is specified by: bill of quantities, Technical Specification for Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiORB) and design documentation. Some items included in the bill of quantities covering road works should be considered together with drawings, STWIORB and descriptions.
Road part:
The reconstruction of the DP 3811 S has been designed based on the following technical parameters:
- road category – county
- technical class of the road – Z
- cross-section: single carriageway (1 x 2)
- lane width: 2 x 3.25 = 6.50 m
- length approx. 1 733,0 m
- pedestrian route: 1.5 – 2.0 m
- bicycle path width: 2.5 m
- intersections with public roads: bituminous
The scope of works of the investment financed by the District Road Administration includes:
ROADWORKS:
- felling of existing trees in the scope of development,
- earthworks,
- construction of the roadway,
- reconstruction and construction of pedestrian routes,
- construction of pedestrian and bicycle routes (without segregation),
- reconstruction of existing entrances and exits to the property,
- reconstruction of existing intersections,
- construction of bus bays,
- construction of culverts,
- demolition and construction of a new bridge over an unnamed watercourse,
- construction of a retaining wall,
- construction of bicycle paths and pedestrian routes,
- reconstruction of conflicting fences of private properties,
- demolition of the surface and road structure and inlets of side roads in order to carry out
- expansion and situational and height links as well as construction,
- finishing works m.in. humus and sowing slopes with grass
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION EQUIPMENT:
- pre-treatment devices (settling tanks, seperators)
TECH INFRASTRUCTURE EQUIPMENT. ROAD-RELATED:
- construction of rainwater drainage system with installation of rainwater drains,
- construction of a technological channel,
- reconstruction of road lane lighting (location correction of poles),
- implementation of vertical and horizontal markings and traffic safety devices.
RECONSTRUCTION OF THE EXISTING TECH INFRASTRUCTURE. NOT RELATED TO THE ROAD:
- reconstruction of conflicting sections of the gas network and water supply network,
- construction of sanitary sewage system,
- reconstruction of conflicting sections of the teletechnical network,
- reconstruction of conflicting sections of the power grid.
-construction of a sanitary sewage system (gravity and pressure) in the belt of the county road
in ul. Al.Wolności, together with reaches to private plots or side roads, with a total length of sewage system approx. L = 2833 m (including gravity sewage system 2066 m, pressure sewage system 767 m),
-construction of a compressor station/sewage pumping station (plot no. 332/1 along the county road in Al.Wolności Street) along with the development of the pumping station area and the construction of metering lines supplying the pumping station,
-reconstruction of the water supply network with connections in the belt of the county road
in ul.Al. Wolności L = 2338 m .
- construction of a sanitary sewage system (gravity and pressure) in the belt of the county road
in ul. Al.Wolności, together with reaches to private plots or side roads, with a total length of sewage system approx. L = 2833 m (including gravity sewage system 2066 m, pressure sewage system 767 m),
- construction of a compressor station/sewage pumping station (plot registration number 332/1 along the district road in Al.Wolności Street) along with the development of the pumping station area and the construction of metering line supply lines,
- reconstruction of the water supply network with connections in the belt of the county road
in ul.Al. Wolności L = 2338 m .
