Lauka Municipality, Technical Services Community Technical Services requests your offer for aggregate purchases and land runs for the period 2022-2023. It is possible to extend the contract for the 2024 option year, the exercise of which is agreed separately.
Laukaan Viehuolto Oy will use future contract suppliers for their own aggregate procurement. Laukaan Veshuolto Oy is covered by the Special Spheres Procurement Act, whereby the thresholds differ from the thresholds of the Government Procurement and Contracting Contract Procurement Act 1397/2016 to be complied with in this competition.
The offer shall include transport of aggregates to work sites by region. The areas are Kirkonkylä, Vihtavuori, Leppävesi and Lievestuore. Offer prices for aggregates, excavations and land runs are requested for each area.
Only one (1) contract vendor/area is selected for each subdivision.
The tender shall be issued for a fixed price contract period, regardless of the quantities of supply, however, so that the minimum quantity to be ordered is the so-called knob load. No knob supplement shall be added to the tender price at the delivery stage.
An index check is carried out for the option year.
Attempts are made to use the municipality's own aggregates in construction where applicable.
The subscriber reserves the right to compete separately for investment sites.
The Finnish language must be used in all aspects of the acquisition.
Acquisition exceeds the national threshold and procurement follows the law on public procurement.
