The subject of the contract is the current/successive collection, transport and management of stabilized municipal sewage sludge from the mechanical and biological sewage treatment plant in Rybnik – Orzepowice. The order will be executed in the expected total amount of about 8000 Mg during the term of the contract, while the daily amount of stabilized municipal sewage sludge generated in the sewage treatment plant in Rybnik - Orzepowice is on average 25 Mg. If necessary, the Contractor will also ensure loading, transport and management of stabilized municipal sewage sludge temporarily deposited at the Sewage Treatment Plant in Rybnik - Orzepowice. The frequency of collection of dewatered sludge must ensure the ongoing operation of the treatment plant, i.e. receiving an average of 25 Mg of dewatered sludge per day (estimated).

The subject of the contract is the current/successive collection, transport and processing of stabilized municipal sewage sludge from the mechanical and biological sewage treatment plant in Rybnik-Orzepowice. The order will be carried out in compliance with the requirements set out in the applicable regulations in the expected total amount of approximately 8000 Mg during the term of the contract, while the daily amount generated in the sewage treatment plant in Rybnik – Orzepowice is on average 25 Mg. The contractor will be obliged to collect current/daily stabilized municipal sewage sludge from the sewage treatment plant in Rybnik – Orzepowice subordinate to Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji Sp. z o. o. z z o. z headquarters in Rybnik directly from the web conveyors of the filter press. As part of the performance of the contract, if necessary, the Contractor will also ensure the loading, transport and management of stabilized municipal sewage sludge temporarily deposited at the Sewage Treatment Plant in Rybnik – Orzepowice. The contractor should provide tanks / containers (equipped with wheels protecting the existing infrastructure against damage and with the possibility of covering), devices and means of transport that will enable direct, current (daily) collection and transport of sludge from the web conveyors of the filter press (means of transport should be tight, excluding the possibility of pollution of the environment, roads and public utility areas), equipped with solutions minimizing the risk of change the properties of the waste transported. In addition, vehicles must be allowed to run on the road and must have a load capacity and strength adapted to waste disposal. The disposal of stabilized municipal sewage sludge will take place every day (also in winter) except Sundays and public holidays, and the number of empty containers for replacement must be provided to allow the continuity of the dewatering process. The service may also be temporarily suspended in potentially possible emergency/repair situations and interruptions in the sludge deodorization process caused by technological reasons. The frequency of collection of dewatered sludge must ensure the ongoing operation of the treatment plant, i.e. collection up to approx. 25 Mg per day, while readiness for collection must be ensured on the first and second shift, i.e. from 6:00 to 22:00. During holiday periods and with the consent of the Ordering Party, it is allowed to stop full containers at the sewage treatment plant, subject to the need to cover them and for a period not longer than 3 days from the moment of filling. Empty tanks (containers) should be prepared for loading, i.e. they should have their closures removed and be set for loading in a place designated by the Ordering Party. Supplied tanks (containers) intended for loading should be thoroughly emptied. The contracting authority requires the collection of stabilized municipal sewage sludge also in winter at sub-zero temperatures. During this period, the sludge loading rooms must have their gates closed. Weighing the amount of loaded stabilized municipal sewage sludge will be carried out using a legalized truck scale, owned by the Ordering Party and used at the sewage treatment plant in Rybnik – Orzepowice. The weight of waste weighed at the treatment plant will be the basis for generating confirmation of issuing a waste transfer card in the database on products and packaging and on waste management [BDO]. After weighing the container with stabilized municipal sewage sludge, the Ordering Party will generate a confirmation of issuing a waste transfer card in the BDO system. Upon issuance of the above-mentioned document, the Contractor assumes full responsibility for the management of the sludge in question (19 08 05) in accordance with Article 27 paragraph 3 of the above-mentioned Waste Act, i.e.: it is responsible for safe for people and the environment.
