The subject of the Order is:
Waste management code 19 12 12 (over 80 mm) – Other wastes (including mixed substances and objects from mechanical waste treatment other than those mentioned in 19 12 11) from the Waste Management Plant (ZZO) in Nowy Sącz at 120 Tarnowska Street.
Estimated amount of waste to be managed: 2000 [Mg]. The Contracting Authority reserves that the amount of waste determined in this way is an approximate amount and the management of waste in an amount lower than 2000 [Mg] does not give rise to any liability on the part of the Contracting Entity, with the proviso that the Contracting entity is obliged to provide the Contractor with at least 300 [Mg] of waste for management, and for failure to transfer this minimum amount, the Ordering Party shall be liable for damages on the general principles provided for by generally applicable law.
The minimum waste threshold which the Ordering Party will transfer to the Contractor for the purpose of development is 300 Mg.
Delivery of waste to the Contractor will take place on working days from Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding public holidays.
After weighing on the incurred weight of the Ordering Party, the Ordering Party will transfer the weighing flower to the driver and issue a waste transfer card in the Product and Packaging Database and Waste Management (BDO).
Waste with code 19 12 12 is a regularly generated sorting material as a so-called over-sieve fraction > 80mm in the form of a calorific ballast fraction with a combustion heat greater than 6 MJ/kg dry matter from at least one of the following processes:
(a) from the mechanical treatment of mixed municipal waste of code 20 03 01 which, before the start of the treatment process, is stored on the site, then destined for a Linder Jupiter 1800 type shredder, then directed by conveyor belts to a sieve of 0 to 80 mm and then to the sorting cabin further by a magnetic separator conveyor and then to the containers as waste of code 19 12 12;
(b) separately collected waste of codes 15 01 01, 15 01 02, 15 01 05, 15 01 06 and 20 01 01, 20 01 39 (Waste is stored on the site before undergoing treatment and is then diverted to the Matthiessen type SR III K4 Seg bursting machine. Then, by means of conveyor belts, directed to the sorting cabin, then by a conveyor belt with a magnetic separator and then to the containers as waste of code 19 12 12);
(c) from the treatment of bulky waste of code 20 03 07 on a Doppstadt Dw 3060 shredder equipped with a magnetic separator. (It is noted that large-size waste is cleaned by hand before undergoing processing.)
All the above-mentioned waste with code 19 12 12 is stored in unroofed yards before being processed.
The generated waste after the processing process with code 19 12 12 is stored in bulk on a paved uncovered square.
The Contracting Authority shall allow the Contractor to make a local vision together with the collection of a sample of the waste concerned.
The Contracting Authority shall not allow the use of waste through storage.
Weighing of waste with the code 19 12 12 will take place at the Ordering Party in the Waste Management Plant (ZZO) in Nowy Sącz at 120 Tarnowska Street on the inrun scale
with a load capacity of 50 t and dimensions 18m x 3m.
The transport of waste to the waste fraction management installation 19 12 12 will take place by transport organized by the Ordering Party and at its expense.
The Ordering Party determines the maximum distance from the Waste Management Plant (ZZO) Nowy Sącz Street. Tarnowska 120 to waste management installation (measured by public roads passable for trucks, not internal and dirt roads, etc., we do not measure in a straight line) to 300 km.
