South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences Ltd requests your offer for the event organisation and expert services package with an agreement valid until further notice.
The target of the procurement is the following to be carried out in Mikkeli, especially in the Kalevankangas area:
Part offer A. Expert services and sports-related services: measures to promote the vitality of the Kalevankangas area, use of sports facilities, sports guidance services and other expert services
Part offer B. Meeting and event services: meeting packages (space and catering) , catering (lunch, coffee, etc.) , meeting, seminar and event facilities, program services at the provider's premises (event productions, work and recreation programs)
The agreement does not create an exclusive right for the selected partner(s) to carry out Xamk's events or related services, and the customer does not have an obligation to purchase a quantity for the services/premises.
Subcontracting can be used in the production of services.
The services are procured through a framework agreement based on unit prices and order-specific offers.
The client of the services can be any unit of South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences Ltd or an RDI project implemented by it.
