Oslo municipality, the Departement of Health, Ageing and Municipal Services has given the authority to the Nursing Home Agency, henceforth referred to as the contracting authority, to enter into a service agreement for Vålerengahjemmet residential and cultural centre. The contracting authority therefore invites tenderers to a call for tenders with negotiations in two stages.

The contracting authority shall enter a service agreement for Vålerengahjemmet residential and cultural centre. The service agreement is reserved for non-profit participants.

The contract includes the operation of Vålerengahjemmet nursing home with a total of 87 long term places. The long term places are divided into 62 ordinary long term places and 25 sheltered long term places.
