Design and construction or rehabilitation of a 6,127m² m² Logistics Platform (+/-15%).

The purpose of the consultation relates to the creation of a platform as well as the control of the related land.

The proposed land must have sufficient capacity to meet the requirements of the project (building area, number of parking spaces and associated driveways, number of HG/Light Vehicle platforms including associated turning areas).

The usual ratios are about 1m² built for a minimum of 3.5m² of land, depending on the configuration of the plot.

Place of execution:

Geographical area: north of Franche Comté, on the Audincourt-Belfort axis, along the A36 motorway.

Easy accessibility for heavy goods vehicles.

Any application outside this scope will be declared inadmissible.
