The assignment to be tendered is defined as follows: The cooperating boards must be provided with learning materials that are relevant to primary education. Learning materials are understood to mean:

- supplying (digital) methods and learning materials,

- supplying school, consumables and writing materials for students,

- supplying craft materials,

- providing game and development material (optional).

The collaborating parties reserve the right to purchase educational methods and materials that the Contractor does not supply from third parties. Office supplies that are not intended for use by students and copy paper are optionally purchased.
