Allocation of the food supply of the senior citizens' foundation city of Passau

The food supply of the retirement home Bürgerlich-Heiliggeist-Spital in Passau is to be reassigned. With the new award, the achieved quality standard should at least be maintained. However, the declared goal is also a further increase in quality, which is reflected in the satisfaction of the residents and their relatives and has a positive effect on the occupancy figures in terms of the external impact.

A coherent concept for food supply is expected, optionally supplemented by an action concept for special consideration of the needs of senior citizens in connection with the food supply and the creation of a model contract including the required facilities.
