Purchase of electricity for the purposes of the municipal municipality Bartoszyce and its units between 01.06.2022 and 31.12.2022. The subject of the contract is the supply (sale) of electricity between 01.06.2022 and 31.12.2022 to 169 intake points (PPE) with a total estimated volume (+/- 15%) 1940,678 MWh.

1. The subject of the contract is the supply (sale) of electricity between 01.06.2022 and 31.12.2022 to 169 intake points (PPE) with a total estimated volume (+/- 15%) 1940,678 MWh. The projected electricity consumption is indicative and may differ from the amount of energy actually collected, during the period of the contract. Reducing or increasing the amount of electricity does not incur any consequences for the contracting party, other than the need to pay for the amount of energy actually collected. When performing a calculation for the purposes of submitting the Offer, the Contractor should take into account the possible fluctuation of energy consumption.
