The subject of the contract shall include the provision of laboratory diagnostics services according to the list of tests constituting Annex 2 to SWZ — assortment and price form/List of tests, including the acceptance of biological material for these tests and the delivery of their results. The Contracting Authority shall require that the contractor make available to the Contracting Authority the equipment necessary for the execution of the contract, in accordance with the quantity and requirements set out in Annex 3 to the Agreement — Description of workstations. Workstations must be equipped with software enabling the registration of tests with the Ordering Party and receiving approved test results. The contractor's IT system must allow integration into the Contracting Authority's HIS system, in accordance with the HL7 protocol implemented in the contractor's system, in order and receipt of test results.
