The subject of the contract includes the execution of the task of the following: “Receipt, transport and development of municipal waste from inhabited properties located in the territory of the commune of Łysomice” within 12 months of the date of conclusion of the contract and the equipment of these properties with containers and bags for selective collection of municipal waste. 1. The subject of the contract includes the execution of the task of the following: “Receipt, transport and development of municipal waste from inhabited properties located in the territory of the commune of Łysomice” within 12 months of the date of conclusion of the contract and the equipment of these properties with containers and bags for selective collection of municipal waste.

2. Details of the subject matter of the order include Annex No 3 to SWZ SDETAILS DESCRIPTION DESCRIPTION and Annex 10 to SWZ LYSOMICE GMINA CHARACTERISTICS.

3. The offer price must be complete, unambiguous and final. The Contractor shall calculate the price on the basis of the Procurement Terms Specification, together with the Annexes. All necessary elements and projected costs related to the implementation of the task shall be included in the valuation of the offer. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for examining with due care the subject matter of the contract and for obtaining information in respect of any and any conditions and obligations which may in any way affect the value or nature of the offer or the performance of the item orders.

4. It is considered that the submission of an offer means that the Contractors have become acquainted with all relevant laws and other legal provisions in force within the Republic of Poland which may in any way affect or relate to the activities and activities covered by the offer and the resulting contract on public procurement.
