The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of the existing 2xDN1000 duct heating network in the area of Opolska/Popielskiego Street in Wrocław into a heating network. pre-insulated 2xDN800 along the route from the point. The subject of the contract is divided into 2 Tasks (hereinafter referred to as "Tasks") and into stages (hereinafter referred to as "Stages"):

Task No. 4 – from point Z20A to Z22A with a length of section L = about 132.69 m;

Task No. 5 – from point Z28A to Z56 with a length of section L = about 931.20 m;

1) Stage 1 – construction of a section of the district heating network on the section from Z28A to Z37;

2) Stage 2 – construction of a section of the district heating network on the section from Z37 to Z45;

3) Stage 3 – construction of a section of the district heating network on the section from Z45 to Z56;

As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor, in accordance with the Project Documentation, should, among others:

- make internal sewer drainage;

- build shut-off wells and drainage wells

The reconstructed district heating network is to be made in a system of full compensation of thermal extensions on the natural bends of the route and is to be laid in the existing heating channel.

As part of the first shutdown (Task 5), the Contractor is obliged to install a fragment of the 2xDN800 heating network from the overhead network to shut-off dampers (along with new fittings).

As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to:

- manage hazardous Lebit waste. Lebit Management should be understood as collection (collection before transport, including pre-sorting and temporary storage), transport and processing (recovery or disposal) of Lebit waste - in accordance with the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended).

- ensure that Lebit, dismantled from the existing district heating network, is recorded and managed in accordance with applicable regulations, i.e. in particular in accordance with the Waste Act. In addition, Lebit should be dismantled with due care and should be separated from other materials/fractions.

- ensure that other materials/fractions m.in sand, earth, concrete steel containing fragments of Lebit that are not strictly Lebit, are recorded and managed in accordance with applicable regulations, i.e. in particular in accordance with the Waste Act.
