This competition is for the appointment of an architect led design team for the design and delivery of a new administration building on behalf of Institute of Technology Carlow. The overall gross internal floor area of the proposed building will be circa 2 200m2 spread across 3 stories. The new building is proposed to be located on the same footprint of an existing 2 storey prefab which will be required to be demolished as part of the contract and in advance of the new construction works commencing.
