The Seinäjoki Municipal Education and Training Consortium is asking for your offer for the ventilation contract (IV contract) of the new construction site Sedu Ähtäri campus.
The ventilation contract is carried out as a side contract subordinated to the main contractor.
The procurement procedure is an open procedure and the entire construction project is treated as a procurement above the EU threshold. Anyone who meets the eligibility criteria can submit an offer.
The Ähtäri campus, which is the construction site, will build a joint campus of SEDU Vocational Education and Ähtäri High School.
The campus is built in the Tuomarniemi cultural-historical area, which has several protected buildings and protected trees. The new buildings will not be located in the protected area, but the design has taken into account the protected buildings and the nature of the area.
It is important that everyone involved in the project understands the cultural history significance of Tuomarniemi.

The construction and demolition permits of the construction site are legally valid.
The construction project comprises the demolition of buildings A, B and C and, as new buildings, the construction and technical works of the campus building and vehicle roofs to the extent specified in the contract documents have been completed.

The contract form is a shared contract. The contractor acts as the main contractor and the main contractor within the meaning of the legislation and is responsible for the site management obligations and site services at the site in accordance with YSE 1998.
The contractor is referred to as the main contractor in this contract programme. Each contract includes general site obligations with all work, official inspections, regulatory approvals, inspections, inspections, overheads, etc.
Plumbing, ventilation, building automation and electrical contracts are carried out as side contracts subordinated to the main contractor.
At the same time as the contract, the customer commissions the following procurements and separate works: AV equipment and other teaching equipment and equipment, loose furniture, safety equipment including installations of access control, video surveillance and crime detection systems (the fire detection system is included in the electrical contract).
Urakkasuhteet
The subjugations are made by contract under the rt 80271 side contract. The main contractor will be given the opportunity to familiarise himself with the contract contracts of other works subject to restrictions on business secrecy. The contractor does not have the right to refuse to subjugate the contract.
Without the contractor's consent, the contractor is not entitled to transfer all or part of the contract to another company. Any subcontractors must also be submitted to the developer for approval before concluding a subcontracting contract in accordance with Section 7 of the YSE. The chaining of piecework performance is not accepted.
When signing a contract, the contractor undertakes to cooperate with the developer and other contractors and to participate in the coordination of the works.
The contractor undertakes to compensate the other contractor and the developer for damages caused by wilful or negligent failure to cooperate between contractors or to participate in the coordination of works.
The developer is not liable for any damage caused to each other by the contractors. The developer has the right to withhold the security handed over by the contractor to the developer until the contractors' mutual claims have been clarified.
Main work
In addition to the site's management responsibilities (Section 4 of the YSE), the main contract includes demolition of the existing A, B and C buildings and civil engineering work of new buildings (construction contract) in accordance with the plans mentioned in the list of documents, as well as site services
(Section 3 of the YSE), which also applies to the side contracts in section 4.2 and the procurements and separate contracts of the developer in section 4.3.
Site services in accordance with Section 3 of the YSE are specified in the contract boundary supplement, other obligations between contractors are mentioned in the contract limit attachment.
The main contractor acts as the main contractor of the work and is responsible for occupational safety at the site in accordance with Government Decree 205/26.3.2009.
The main contractor must present written safety plans to the developer before starting the construction work (safety plan) and draw up a safety instruction for the workers.
Side contract: Ventilation contract
The ventilation contract includes ventilation work in accordance with the plans mentioned in the list of documents and other obligations indicated in the documents for the ventilation contract.
