Order description:
A) winter cleaning of streets, sidewalks and parking bays, including in particular:
B) summer cleaning of streets, sidewalks and parking bays, including in particular:
C) pumping rainwater from streets without rainwater drainage and a set of absorbent wells - to barrel trucks, along with export to the catchment.
The scope of services being the subject of the contract is described in detail in the annexes to the SWZ and the contract:
- Nos 1A, 1B, 1C - conditions for the provision of services listed in paragraph 1, letters A, B and C,
- No. 2A, 2B, 2C - lists of streets, sidewalks and parking bays covered by maintenance,
- No. 3A, 3B, 3C - price forms / cost estimates for the services listed in paragraph 1, letters A, B and C.
Order description:
A) winter cleaning of streets, sidewalks and parking bays, including in particular:
1) preventing and eliminating slippery street surfaces by ploughing the roadway of municipal category roads and spraying with approved chemicals and mixtures with sand,
2) preventing and eliminating slippery pavement surfaces and pedestrian crossings by snow removal (manual or mechanical with light equipment) and sprinkling with a sand-salt mixture,
3) manual cutting of icy snow from pavements and sewage inlets,
4) mechanical and manual sweeping of roadways, streets, sidewalks and pedestrian crossings and parking bays after the winter period;
B) summer cleaning of streets, sidewalks and parking bays, including in particular:
1) mechanical sweeping and washing (using water) the entire width of the roadway together with the band (fuse), regardless of their width,
2) manual sweeping and cleaning of sidewalks and pedestrian crossings from all overgrowths, including grass and weeds between the elements of the cleaned surface and from soil, sand and other impurities,
3) mechanical or manual cleaning of parking bays from grass, weeds, soil, sand and other contaminants,
4) loading and export of collected impurities;
C) pumping rainwater from streets without rainwater drainage and a set of absorbent wells - to barrel trucks, along with export to the catchment.
The contracting authority provides for awarding the existing contractor of services, a contract referred to in Article 214 paragraph 1 point 7 of the Act, consisting in the repetition of similar services. The contracting authority provides that the unit prices of individual services indicated in the cost estimate for similar services may be up to 20% higher than the unit prices of the basic contract.
The value of the contract consisting in the repetition of similar services in relation to the value of the basic contract was set at 10%, in the case of having financial resources - as part of the project described in the provisions of the SWZ. The order will be executed on the terms and conditions of the basic agreement.
