The purpose of this publication is not to award a public procurement or a concession. This is a partial transfer of the fibre optic network (FTTO, excluding the scabbours and chambers constituting this network), which extends over the territory of the urban community Le Havre Seine Métropole, and more specifically to the two former EPCI (Codah and Caux Estuaire), excluding the territory of the municipality of Gonfreville-l'Orcher and that Le Havre. The main features of the network are as follows:

— five Pop and their local;

— 675 BPE;

— 404 km of optical cable.
