Enova has awarded Bergen og Omland Port Authority 16 100 000 NOK to develop 3 new on-shore electricity systems for supply boats. There are already three land electricity facilities for offshore at Skolten. The aim is between 6 and 9 ready developed facilities in 2018. BOH aims to enter into 2 framework agreements for the delivery and assembly of equipment for complete on-shore electricity facilities. Delivery will first be to the stated points at Dokken, Nykirkekaien and Festningskaien. Future land electricity points will depend on the contracting authority's budget situation and future grants from Enova. One framework agreement shall be signed per contract area, with up to 2 tenderers. See point 1.e.
