LB 041.1 Sanitary and heating systems.

Heater:

The existing heating system in the existing building will be completely dismantled.

A new heating system consisting of a distributor, hot water preparation as a fresh water station, steel pipes and sectional radiators will be installed in the existing building. The newly built extension is heated entirely by means of surface heating. The supply of heat for the extension is provided by the existing building.

Sanitary:

The existing sanitary facilities in the building will be completely dismantled.

For reasons of hygiene, the new drinking water is installed in stainless steel pipes with Venturi flow dividers. The new construction of the sewage pipeline network in the building is part of the service. The new sanitary objects in standard design and handicapped accessible are installed with assembly elements.
