The procurement's value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. Transport is not included in this contest as the contracting authority has a separate contract for this.

Lots/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority considered dividing the assignment but has decided that it is not suitable for this type of procurement.

Contract

The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract with the associated standard terms.

The contract duration is from and including 2024-01-01 for 3 (three) years. The contract will then be automatically renewed for 1 (one) year at a time.

The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 tenderer.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer is familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
