1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of peeled sterilized potatoes, divided into 4 parts (tasks).

2. The requirements, quantities and a detailed description of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ and other tender documentation, which will be published on the website of the procedure https://portal.smartpzp.pl/2rblog

3.The contracting authority provides for the right of option in the proceedings in question. The right of option means that the Ordering Party will certainly purchase the basic quantity, while the implementation of optional deliveries may take place only with the consent of the Ordering Party, in the quantities indicated by him, at the applicable unit prices, within the term of performance (validity) of the contract.

1.Peeled potatoes sterilized in the amount of 105 500 kg including basic quantity - 52 750 kg, optional quantity: 52 750 kg

1. Peeled sterilized potatoes in the amount of 163 200 kg., including basic quantity: 81 600 kg and optional quantity 81 600 kg.

1. Peeled potatoes sterilized in the amount of 261,000 kg., including basic quantity: 130,500 kg and optional quantity 130,500 kg.
