Service maintenance of all the Councils Heating, Ventilation and Air conditioning plant located in our properties. This will include carrying out breakdown repairs and low value improvements to plant. This is to be provided by a full time equivalent engineer cover with the additional provision of a 24 hour emergency call out service.
