Purchase of administrative, school and teaching supplies and materials

The previous contract coming to an end, it is necessary to launch a consultation to meet the needs of the user services of the city and the CCAS. This is how the communities presented in the “additional information” section have decided to form a grouping of orders, in accordance with articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-8 and R. 2332-15 of the public order code. , in order to obtain an economically advantageous offer and to pool the procurement procedure. The City of Crépy-en-Valois is appointed “coordinator of the order group” and is responsible for carrying out the entire procurement procedure in the name and on behalf of the CCAS. Amount of services, all bundles combined, for the total duration of the framework agreement (four years): minimum 120,000 EUR excluding tax and maximum 360,000 EUR excluding VAT.

Office supplies and small equipment

For the initial period: minimum 5,000 EUR excluding VAT and maximum 30,000 EUR excluding VAT.

School and teaching supplies and small equipment

For the initial period: minimum 25,000 EUR excluding VAT and maximum 60,000 EUR excluding VAT.
