The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, tourist forest management, nursery works as well as seed and selection, to be carried out in the Marcule Forest District in 2023

Package V – Forest management in forestry: JASIENIEC – including works in the field of: forest breeding, seeds, forest protection, logging and harvesting, fire protection;

The contracting authority shall provide for the possibility of awarding the contracts referred to in Article 214(1)

point 7) PZP , within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. Material scope of services constituting

the subject matter of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence shall not exceed 70 % of the value of this contract.
