The city of Rösrath would like to restructure the Freiherr-vom-Stein school center in Rösrath through expansion and renovation. The aim is to renovate existing school buildings with around 22,000 sqm GFA and to build a new building with approx. 2,600 sqm GFA, in which the canteen, premises for tied all-day operations and specialist rooms will be accommodated. The tendering and awarding of construction services takes place on a trade basis. In the present case, carpentry work is advertised.
