Project management mission for the restoration work of the Fishing Museum in Concarneau.La present operation has several major objectives (detailed in the operation program):- Improvement of the sanitary condition of the covered enclosure,- Improvement of thermal performance,- Improvement of the conditions of reception of the public and working conditions of the agents,- Taking into account the Sustainable Development policy and the conditions for optimizing maintenance. The impossibility of treating the buildings, independently of the collections, has made it necessary to integrate into these objectives:- Improvement of the visitor route and the conservation conditions of these collections. The share of the budget allocated to the Museum's restoration work is estimated at €956,775.00 excluding VAT, as of March 2023. The share of the budget allocated to scenography work is estimated at 341,250.00 euro(s) excluding VAT, value March 2023.The missions entrusted to the project manager are: diag, avp, pro, act, dce, visa, det, aor + scenography, CSSI and OPC in complementary missions. The OPC mission is to be quantified in PES
