The subject of the order is the delivery of a low-speed shredder intended for shredding the excess fraction of municipal waste and residues after sorting of municipal waste collected in a selective manner and obtaining a shredded fraction with a size not exceeding 40 mm for co-firing as alternative fuel RDF. The load will be fed in a mixed form. The device should be brand new and cannot be a prototype, manufactured not earlier than in 2018. Reconstruction of the line and assembly of additional devices such as pre-shredder, pneumatic separator, etc. are not allowed. The Purchaser only allows moving the support of the reverse conveyor. The existing communication routes in the vicinity of the device should be maintained (forklift operation, access to service works guaranteed).

The contractor delivers the shredder at his own expense to the assembly site, i.e. (waste segregation line) of the main hall of the Municipal Waste Processing Plant of the Chełm region located at ul. Dorohuska 70 (Srebrzyszcze), 22-100 Chełm (Municipal Waste Processing Plant).

The contractor is obliged by his own efforts and at his own cost to disassemble the Micromat 2200 crusher currently mounted in the segregation line and to assemble it at the ZPOK in the place indicated by the authorized personnel of the Employer. The Employer requires that disassembly be done without deteriorating the technical condition of the removed device, which will remain the property of the Employer.

The Contractor is obliged by his own efforts and at his own expense to mount the delivered shredder in the dismantled place and connect it to the Employer's systems in place of connecting the disassembled shredder (voltage-free signal output about failure and overflow and voltage-free signal input to start the shredder) in order to start and start .

The installation supplying the shredder switchboard remains with the Employer.

We reserve the right time for assembly not to exceed 7 consecutive days. Assembly time (CM) is understood as the time from stopping the work of the sorting line, in which the subject of the order should be installed, removal of the current shredder, installation in place of the removed new low-speed shredder being the subject of the offer, commissioning of the device.

The Employer requires that the Contractor together with the device provide the necessary set of tools for daily operation of the device.
