Firm tranche: Mandatory additional missions: - Thermal study, - Dynamic Thermal Simulation (STD), - Carbon Assessment and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), - A BIM mission in the design phase, - The complete acoustic study in the design phase, - A landscape / VRD mission on outdoor facilities, - A notebook and a marketing leaflet in the APD / PRO phase, - An axonometry of the project in the ESQ phase, - 4 commercial CGI/prospects in the APD phase.
