The subject of the contract is the implementation of the municipal waste collection service from the owners of real estate residing in the commune of Dąbrowa Tarnowska and their development in the period from 1.5.2020 to 31.12.2020, in accordance with the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities.
The service of collecting municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the commune of Dąbrowa Tarnowska includes:
1) selective collection of municipal waste (in accordance with the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in force in the Dąbrowa Tarnowska Commune within the duration of the contract, hereinafter referred to as "Regulations" - currently Resolution No. XVIII / 266/16 of the City Council in Dąbrowa Tarnowska of 30.6.2016. ) in the following factions:
a) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste,
b) multi-material waste,
c) paper and cardboard,
d) glass,
e) plastic,
f) biodegradable waste, including green waste,
g) waste batteries and accumulators,
h) used tires,
i) chemicals (chemicals used in the household),
j) expired medicines,
k) furniture and other bulky waste,
l) metals (aluminum cans for drinks, beer, etc.),
ł) waste electrical and electronic equipment,
m) construction and demolition waste resulting from minor renovation works
from all property owners residing in the commune of Dąbrowa Tarnowska.
2) collection of the above-mentioned municipal waste from containers or bags for municipal waste, with a capacity specified in the Regulations with the frequency specified in the regulations.
3) waste collection from the selective municipal waste collection point (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK), located on the MPK Base at ul. Jagiellońska w Dąbrowa Tarnowska the following waste: expired chemicals, packaging of hazardous substances and substances / paints, varnishes, solvents, oils / oils and greases, waste batteries and accumulators, waste tires, waste electrical and electronic equipment, and from the former 'Municipal Waste Landfill' "In Szarwark the following waste: construction and demolition waste, furniture and other bulky waste,
4) management of collected municipal waste.

The estimated amount of municipal waste to be collected is about 5,500.00 Mg / year, i.e. about 3,680 Mg / 8 months.
