The services consist in carrying out the recoverable and / or non-recoverable curative maintenance of water equipment in terms of water distribution and emptying.

The equipment located in common or adjoining parts or even present in the reception offices and in the premises of the tenants' associations (toilets, showers, sinks, sinks, etc.), are an integral part of this market (see details in the DPGF) .

The purpose being:

1) to save water by eliminating leaks from fittings and flushes and heads of shut-off valves located downstream of the meters;

2) to set up an efficient maintenance and repair service.
