The object of the order is the design and execution of works for the task of the new Traction Substation of Przymłynie carried out in the framework of the project “Construction of the new railway line Podłethat — Szczyrzyc — Tymbark/Mszana Dolna and modernization of the existing railway line No. 104 Chabówka — Nowy Sącz”.

The object of the order is the design and construction of the Tractional Substation PT Przymłynie necessary for the supply of the catenary network on line no. 104 Chabówka — Nowy Sącz section from km ferry. 56,000 (PT Pisarzowa) to km 90,345 (PT Nowy Sącz) located on the railway line no. 96 Tarnów — Leluchów km 90,345.

The entire subject of the contract includes the implementation of:

1) the design documentation necessary for the proper execution of all construction works and obtaining for it all the required opinions, arrangements, admissions, conditions, decisions (except for decisions on environmental conditions, if required) and permits necessary for the performance of the object of the contract, including the establishment of an easement for the purpose of the execution of the contract;

2) all construction works in accordance with the scope of the contract on the basis of the contractor and approved by the contracting officer of the design documentation referred to in point 1 above, and all preparatory works necessary for the performance of the scope of the contract and any activities. required by law;

3) carry out an assessment of the conformity of the Structural Subsystem 'Energy' falling within the scope of the contract at each stage (design, construction and final tests of the subsystem).

The order includes the design and execution of works of the engineering scope of the “Energy” subsystem and includes the construction of: a 110 kV WN line with a length of approximately 5.7 km PT, construction of the PT Przymłynie building together with the necessary industry equipment, control and monitoring system, construction of power supply cables traction network and return cables and traction network connector control cables.
