The tender for a new ten-year bus concession for Fryslân should have taken place as early as 2022. Due to the corona pandemic, we had to postpone this tender at the time. To bridge the gap, the province of Fryslân and the current carrier Arriva have agreed on a bridging concession for the timetable years 2023 and 2024. The current bridging concession will end in December 2024. With this tender we wish to award the Concession to one tenderer.
