The subject of the contract is the delivery and assembly of photovoltaic installations and the installation of solar collectors in the City and Commune of Kańczuga, which is implemented as part of the project "Development of RES installations in the City and Commune of Kańczuga".

1) delivery and assembly based on the technical documentation held by the Ordering Party of 10 sets of photovoltaic installations together with the structure adapted to the place of assembly,
2) execution in each location, no later than 21 days after signing the contract with the Ordering Party, of the inventory of buildings from which the Protocols of Assembly Arrangements will be drawn up with the appearance of the roof plans with the location of the module in photovoltaic and/or with the ground plan marked on the ground and the course of the DC and AC cable route marked in the graphic program with the possibility of scaling.
3) delivery and assembly of structures for PV modules,
4) delivery and assembly of brand new, not older than 2022 PV modules,
5) delivery and assembly of brand new inverters / DC / AC inverters not older than from 2022,
6) excavation in the ground to the required depth, in the event that the photovoltaic panels will be located outside the building in which the main switchboard will be located at a distance of up to 25 meters in a straight line, above 25 meters excavations are made (financed) by the resident,
7) arrangement of cable routes, grounding and cables from PV panels to inverter and wires from inverter to electrical switchboard
8) installation of the switchgear for photovoltaics (DC and AC side) with installation grounding (ground resistance value should reach <10 Ohm),
9) DC switchboard equipment (surge protector, DC fuse disconnector)
10) AC switchboard equipment (fuse disconnector, surge protector, overcurrent switch)
11) perform installation trials and check the correct operation of the apparatus,
12) the launch of the layout and regulations,
13) measurements of electrical installations required by appropriate regulations,
14) configuration of all inverters, connection to the user's internet network (in the absence of a fixed Internet connection at the location of the inverter, the cost of bringing coverage is covered by the User, in the case of complete absence of the Internet network at the User the requirement is equipping the User with a module that allows you to connect to the internet in the future.) and integration with a single system to monitor energy production, ecological benefits and control the work of solar installations from within the system. The system must be available for desktop and mobile devices on the iOS and Android platform, the system monitoring devices should be able to communicate with a dedicated server where the intended data will be stored,
15) training of facilities management persons and users from the operation and use of photovoltaic installations carried out in the framework of this procedure,
16) execution of documentation of the notification of the connection of microinstallations to the electricity grid of the regional OSD,
17) execution of the necessary mounting holes and culverts for the introduction of equipment,
18) sealing of mounting holes and culverts after introduction.
2. The detailed scope of works (Description of the Subject of the Contract) is included in Annex No. 1.1 to SWZ - TECHNICAL DESIGN OF PHOTOVOLTAIC INSTALLATIONS WITH A CAPACITY OF 4.50 - 6.30 KWP (part 1 of the order).

1) delivery and assembly based on the technical documentation held by the Ordering Party of 16 sets of solar collector installations, together with the construction adapted to the place of assembly,
2) execution in each location, no later than 21 days after signing the contract with the Ordering Party, an inventory of buildings from which Protocols of Assembly Arrangements will be drawn up with the possibility of scaling, roof plans with the location of solar collectors and/or a land plan with the place of installation on the ground and the course of solar wires.
3) installation of solar collectors using system mounting kits and connection kits intended for a given type of collector, the optimal angle of inclination of collectors should be used, unchanged for the exposure of collectors throughout the year, in the range from 30 to 60 and setting the collectors as far as possible towards the south,
4) in order to minimize the risk of damage to the collectors during transport to the roof, transport by means of a crane or system ladders with an electric winch should be used,
5) dismantling the existing DHW heater and disconnecting it

13) finishing at least in accordance with the original state of the vicinity of the installation passages (plaster / insulation, passages through walls, ceilings, roof) and effective protection against the influence of weather conditions of places outside the facility where construction works were carried out,
14) Programming and running the automation system,
15) connection of the upper coil of the storage tank with a second heat source (existing solid fuel boiler) together with a complete pump group, connect it to the solar controller and program its operation in cooperation with the boiler,
16) the contractor is obliged to train the user of the installation in the operation of the devices used. Each device should have attached Technical and Operational Documentation, instruction manual written in non-technical language and a general diagram of the installation.
