Sewer openings, flushes and TV shoot

Monetra Oulu Oy Procurement Services shall request your offer to its customers involved in the acquisition (hereinafter also referred to as “subscribers”) for sewer openings, flushes and TV descriptions in accordance with this Invitation to Tender and its Attachments.

Municipal sanitized sewers

• Video description of sewers “Sewer TV description interpretation manual, Helsinki 2005

The footage is handed over to the subscriber in electronic form as defined by the Subscriber at any given time e.g. With a USB flash drive or email. For the City of Oulu, the footage is stored in the Oulun Ven Tekla NIS network information system, which leads to the description as far as possible

The contractor shall provide the subscriber with regard to the TV described well spaces the following material:

The same file is also combined with a well inter-specific profile picture. Profile Information

the method of recording and presentation (height difference/length ratio, fitness type) is agreed in a negotiation to make all descriptions comparable.

The well card should include an assessment of the condition of the well into the well card, i.e., any leaks, cracks, traces of corrosion and other deviations.

The well interval reports should be named as follows:

Aloituskaivo_lopetuskaivo_YYYYMMDD.pdf, where the date should be the date of description (the same day as stored for that well interval in the tv2 file).

E.g. SK23145_SK21356_20210122.pdf.

In addition to the descriptive material, a separate research report must be released on the subject.

The pipe size unit prices provided by the contractor are used directly as a charge basis for TV descriptions. If an “egg tube” is described, the unit price of a circular tube of the corresponding size is used as a unit price. In small

(uniform imaging below 200 metres) or particularly difficult objects use the hourly rate as a charge basis. The use of the hourly price as a charge basis is always agreed separately between the contractor and the subscriber before filming begins. If significant skip pumping is required for the description or if the description is made from the so-called shooting board, the charging criteria shall be agreed individually on a case-by-case basis.

While on-call cases are primarily aimed at using contract vendors, the subscriber reserves the right to purchase emergency services from non-contracted service providers as well.

Real estate maintenance

Property sewer openings, drainage flushing, well drains and washings, sewer descriptions and surveys, sewer leakage positioning with markers, and coatings and shuttles, and related construction engineering and HVAC work.

In the opening of real estate sewers, drainage rinsing and drainage of wells, sewer imaging and surveys (incl. sewer leakage positioning) and plating and shuttling work are used as a charge basis

unit prices provided by the contractor.

If a contractor is forced to suck sand from the sewers, for example, because of descriptions or flushes, the suction waste should be processed in accordance with the existing Finnish laws and the regulations of the environmental authorities. Subscriber pays contractor

realized waste fees according to vouchers.

The use of the flush car shall be indicated the hourly rate on call.

All prices offered must include all costs incurred for delivery, incl. wood cutting or shooting car expenses, water and other work-related expenses, e.g. personnel costs.

Urgent on-call cases are primarily aimed at using contract vendors, but the subscriber reserves the right to purchase on-call services from non-contracted service providers as well.
