Shell construction work for the new primary school at the Ernst Reuter School in Offenbach Rumpenheim.

The shell construction work in reinforced concrete includes the flat foundation and the stiffening staircase cores of the building.

On these, the further construction as a wooden construction is placed.

Scope of structural work:

- Earthworks with approx. 2,400m³ excavation

- Baugrubensole ca. 1.550 m²

- Grundleitungsarbeiten ca. 200 m

- grounding system

- Flat foundation base plate approx. 1350 m²

- Reinforced concrete walls staircase and elevator shaft approx. 700m²

- Reinforced concrete ceilings staircase and elevator shaft approx. 215m²

- Precast reinforced concrete stairs 10 runs

- Precast reinforced concrete columns special form 9 pcs.
