The requirements for the tendered objects are described in detail in the requirements specification, Contract Appendix 1, while the Contracting Entity's requirements for the terms of the framework agreement are set out in the attached draft trade agreement.

The total annual purchase under the agreement is expected to amount to approximately DKK 10 million.

The maximum consumption of the framework agreement may amount to 50% more than the actual offer price incl. adjustments cf. the protocol. Title 3 of the Trade Agreement.
