The object of the contract is the receipt, transport and development of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Municipality of Oława regardless of their quantity in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in the municipalities, the act of on 14 December 2012, the Waste Act and the Rules of Procedure of Purity and Order in the Municipality of Oława — as amended at the date of implementation of the order.
1. The object of the contract is to receive, transport and use of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Municipality of Oława regardless of their quantity in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in the municipalities, act of 14 December 2012, the Waste Act and the provisions of the Rules of Procedure of Purity and Order in the Municipality of Oława, as amended at the date of implementation of the order.
2. The scope of the contract includes the collection, transport and management of municipal waste in a way that ensures the adequate level of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transmitted to storage as part of the task entrusted.
3. As a result of the signed agreement, the Contractor will perform a comprehensive service for the reception, transport and development of municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Oława.
4. The duties of the contractor shall in particular include:
1) Equipment free of charge and at the own expense of the property declared by the Ordering Party inhabited from the area of the Municipality of Oława in bags for selective collection of municipal waste fractions - plastics and metals. The bags must be marked with “Metals and Plastics”, a 120 litre yellow colour, marked with the logo of the waste receiving company or its full name.
2) Reception, transportation and management of municipal waste mixed and selectively collected.
