Supply, assembly and handling training for EDF-ALN-SETRAL of a low-bed semi-trailer in 2 + 4 axle configuration. This vehicle is intended for the transport of heavy parcels on public property.
The modular semi-trailer, low-slung bed type, is composed of:
- 6 axle lines in 2 modules (2 + 4)
- A gooseneck, mated with all modules.
- A tray, mating with all the modules above but also live on the gooseneck. The tray must allow the loading of the 2-line module from the front, without additional means of lifting.

The minimum payload, with a 6x4 tractor, is 60,000 Kg.
The width of the assembly is less than 2900 mm
The tray can be of bi-block type, the useful surface of installation is 7 meters
The coupled assembly allows a laden rolling position with a height of the upper part of the plate less than or equal to 500 mm
On the tray jacking and shifting are possible according to all possible longitudinal loading abscissa (based on the morphology of the parts whose planes are joined) and in both directions of loading. (NB: Base cylinders 15cmx15cm (13t max on this surface) and shifting devices of 50cmx20cm for the same load)
During unloading handling by shifting, the semi-trailer bed is wedged on the ground on wooden holds; The tray does not have an elastic effect according to the morphologies of the parts listed in Appendix 2 during the manoeuvre of shedding the package.

The assembly of the semi-trailer will be done by the Owner on the site of the EDF-ALN-SETRAL after delivery of the trailer elements.
Training in the operation and use of the semi-trailer will be provided by a French-speaking trainer of the Holder to a group of 12 users after the assembly of the semi-trailer.
