- school and extracurricular catering for children and adults having lunch in kindergartens and elementary schools and leisure centres in the communes that are members of the group;

- the restoration of early childhood facilities in certain municipalities that are members of the group.

The order group is placed between the municipalities of Le Creusot, Montceau-Les-Mines, Montchanin, Saint Sernin du Bois, Sanvignes les Mines/coordinator: Le Creusot). It is a single-award framework agreement with the issuance of purchase orders, the latter being issued according to the needs of the member municipalities of the order group, with a maximum amount
