The object of the contract is the purchase of active electricity for electricity collection points belonging to the following Orderants:Korczew Municipality represented by Wójta Sławomira Wasilczuka; Mokobody Municipality represented by Wójta Iwona Księżopolska; Municipality Paprotnia represented by Wójta Leszek Trębicki; Municipality Skórzec represented by Jerzy Dlugosz; Municipality Suchożebry represented by Krzysztof Bujalski; Municipality Wójt represented by Krzysztof Kryszczuk; Municipality Mr. Paweł Ksionka; Forecast total amount of active electricity for all Orders in the period from 01.01.2022r.do31.12.2023r.is 5022773kWh.The Ordering Party divided the object of the order into two parts:1) Part 1 B.Purchase of active electricity for lighting roads and squares 2) Part 2 BC. of the electricity active for the purposes of municipal governments, their organizational units and municipal legal entities.
Purchase of active electricity for lighting roads and squaresPart 1 BC “Purchase of active electricity for the lighting of roads and squares”, includes the supply of active electricity for the lighting of roads and squares in/in the Contracting Authority in a projected amount of approximately 1,707,428 kWh for 284 energy consumption points, between 1 January 2022 and December 31, 2023, taking into account the deadlines arising from the Seller's amendment procedure.
Details, together with the forecast volume of inactive electricity consumption for individual street lighting energy consumption points, are presented in the Detailed Description of the Object of the Order, Annex No 1a to SWZ.
2. The volume of electricity specified in point 1 shall be an estimate on the basis of the existing consumption. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce or increase the total volume of electricity in respect of the quantity referred to in point 1.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce the number of energy collection points indicated in Annex 1a and 1b to SWZ in the event of changes in ownership rights, rights to administer, change in use and closure or liquidation of energy consumption points and in the event of changes in the manner of the accounting of the electricity consumption for PPE in the formula Prosument, in accordance with the conditions set out in the templates of the contracts, annexes No 6a, 6b, 7a, 7b to the SWZ.
3. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to increase the number of energy collection points indicated in Annexes 1a and 1b to SWZ in the event of changes in ownership rights, rights to administer, change the use, commissioning or acceptance on the status of energy consumption points, up to 10% the points indicated in the basic contract without the need to award the contract for additional deliveries with the sole consideration of the tariff groups of the DSO indicated in the contract documentation, in accordance with the conditions set out in the templates of the contracts, annexes 6a, 6b, 7a, 7b to the SWZ.
4. The contractor applying for the award of the contract must have a general contract for the provision of electricity distribution services with the operator of the distribution system: PGE Distribution S.A. and PKP Energetyka S.A.
Purchase of active electricity for the purposes of municipal governments, their organizational units and municipal legal entitiesPart 2 BC “Purchase of active electricity for the purposes of municipal governments, their organizational units and municipal legal entities”, includes the supply of electricity for the purposes of the Contracting Authority, their organizational units and legal entities, in a projected amount of approximately 3 315 345 kWh for 221 energy consumption points, between 1 January 2022 and 31 December 2023, taking into account the time limits arising from the Seller's amendment procedure.
Details together with the forecast volume of inactive electricity consumption for individual energy consumption points of the Ordering Party, their organizational units and municipal legal entities are presented in the Detailed description of the subject of the contract, as set out in Annex No 1 b to SWZ.2.
The amount of electricity volume specified in point 1 shall be the estimated value on the basis of the existing consumption. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce or increase the total volume of electricity in respect of the quantity referred to in point 1.
