The subject of the contract is the delivery, as part of separate tasks (packages) of disposable medical equipment for the needs of the Beskid Oncology Center - John Paul II Municipal Hospital in Bielsko-Biała in the assortment and quantities specified in detail in Annex 5 to the swz. By delivery, the Ordering Party shall mean cyclical deliveries of disposable medical equipment during the term of the contract, in accordance with the Ordering Party's orders tailored to its current needs. Deliveries will take place as needed by the Ordering Party on dates agreed with the Contractor, on working days between 8:00 and 12:00. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the order to the Hospital Pharmacy located at 18 Wyzwolenia Street, as well as to additional warehouses of the Hospital Pharmacy located at 21 Wyspiańskiego Street, in accordance with the address indicated in the order. Deliveries should be made by the Contractor up to a maximum of 5 working days from the moment of placing the order
